- Use of the Rallycars.co.uk web site ('the Site') is conditional upon you accepting the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions do not access the Site. The only right with respect to dissatisfaction with any policies, guidelines or practices of the Site, or any change in content, is for you to discontinue accessing the Site.
- We may revise these terms and conditions or any other policy at any time and from time to time, and such revision shall be notified prominently on the Site. You agree to review these terms and conditions periodically to be aware of such revisions. If any such revision is unacceptable to you, you must discontinue accessing the Site. Your continued accessing and use of the Site following notice of any such revision shall conclusively be deemed acceptance of all such revisions.
- We grant you a personal, non transferable licence to use the Site to view, read, print, access and download classified advertisements. Advertisements can be entered onto the Site subject to the conditions below.

- We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time.
- Only one vehicle may be entered per advert. If a second vehicle is to be advertised, a second advert must be entered.
- You agree not to alter, damage or delete any content or other communications that are not your own content or to otherwise interfere with the ability of others to access the Site and its content.
- You may not redistribute any content from the Site for commercial gain, or to the commercial detriment of Rallycars.co.uk, by any means whether electronic or otherwise.
- We retain all rights, ownership, title and interest to the contents, database, copyright and facilities, except as expressly licensed by us from third parties. We also own the copyright in the �look and feel� (i.e. the selection, coordination, arrangement and presentation) of the Site and content.
- We accept no responsibility for the accuracy of any advertisement contained within the Site.
- We accept no responsibility for any decision or act of any person based on the contents of the Site. It is a purchaser's, or prospective purchaser's, responsibility to verify any claims or statements before acting on them or entering into any contract.
- Advertisers must ensure that their advertisements (including text and photographs) are legal, decent, inoffensive, honest and truthful.
- We have the right to refuse publication of any advertisement for any reason. We may remove, classify and/or edit published advertisements at any time if we believe that any of these terms have been breached.
- We do not guarantee insertion, position or appearance of any advertisement.
- Advertisers must ensure that all images submitted with advertisements depict the item being advertised for sale. No images shall depict vehicles or items owned by others.
- Advertisers must ensure that all images are free from copyright, and may only be submitted with the photographer's permission. It is the advertiser's obligation to ensure that these conditions are met.
- You agree that you are responsible for the security and use of any user names or passwords needed to access or use the Site. You must take all reasonable steps to ensure that these user names and passwords are kept confidential and secure and you do not allow any unauthorised person to access the Site using your user name or password.
- We accept no responsibility for the operation or content of any third party web sites linked to or from the Site. All logos, brand names, products, trademarks and service marks appearing on the Site may be the trademarks or service marks of their respective owners. References to any trademark, service mark and links to or from the Site do not constitute endorsement by us of the products, services or information offered by the owner of such trademark, service mark or link, or endorsement of us by such trademark, service mark or link owner.
- The Advertiser agrees to indemnify us in respect of all losses, claims, costs, damages or other charges incurred by us as a result of legal actions or threatened legal actions arising from the publication of the advertisement.
- We will not be responsible for any loss resulting from technical failures, or the inability of you or other users to access the Site. We do not guarantee that your advertisement will be provided continuously or free from faults. In addition we will need to carry out maintenance of the Site from time to time and in doing so we will attempt to keep disruption to your advertisement to a minimum.
- In no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damage or loss of any kind (including without limitation loss of profits, loss of contracts, business interruptions, loss of or corruption to data) however caused and whether arising under contract, tort, including negligence or otherwise. If any exclusion, disclaimer or other provision contained in these terms and conditions is held invalid for any reason and we become liable for loss or damage that could otherwise be limited, such liability, whether in contract, negligence or otherwise, will not exceed �100.
- We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation. Nothing in these terms and conditions will have the affect of restricting any of your statutory rights.
- These terms and conditions comprise the entire agreement between us and you, and supersede any prior agreements with respect to the subject matter herein.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
